You feel and recognize the loving support of your spiritual team surrounding you in their loving embrace. Their channeled energies begin to flow to all of the areas of tension within you, releasing the unease.

You sense any pockets of density throughout your body being replaced with higher vibrational healing energies. Areas within you that are in need of healing are supported and nourished, and you feel uplifted and at peace. Heat, tingling, and other sensations of physical healing let you know that a higher intelligence is at work within you.
